Influenza A virus H3N2

Longitudinal deep sequencing of human influenza A (H3N2) from immunocompromised patients

See Genome Information for Influenza A virus
To understand influenza's evolution within human hosts, we deep-sequenced samples of human influenza A (H3N2) collected longitudinally from immunocompromised patients and analyzed how the viral genomes changed over time.
