In contrast to the practice of counting MediaWiki namespace edits as admin actions for regular admins that used to be followed in the past, the policy is and was to count only admin actions that are logged as such in the XTools adminstats. Therefore, like the last two runs, this run also does not consider such edits as admin actions. The same goes for redirect overwrite deletions.
Imports that don't require admin rights (e.g., file imports) aren't counted as admin actions.
Additional permissions are also subject to removal per the policy.
Admin actions for non-admin interface admins = MediaWiki namespace edits + Content model changes (requiring IA rights).
Abuse filter, CommonsDelinker and KrinkleBot (no admin actions each) are exempt for being bot accounts.
Inactive administrators will be notified via talk page message and email.

Please ask my how I find that we get new precedents here.

For Themightyquill and Mahagaja it appears asked too much to put a signature here, but they became active in the meantime, so per previous decisions they will be kept.

Kaldari signed after the defined one month period, and is still inactive per definition 24 hours after the signature. A decision has to be made, and my decision is to remove. No offense.
