The image is a screen grab of a youtube video, and the uploader doesn't state any prove of free licence to the video. I think the other uploads of this user should be checked as well.Jamie Tubers (talk) 16:35, 5 March 2016 (UTC)

- DeletionFooter|DELETED|"reuse allowed" is a very unclear statement. Is commercial reuse also allowed? Probably yes. But are derivative works also allowed? I don't know. If the license will change, then the photo can be restored. Taivo (talk) 08:31, 14 March 2016 (UTC)
Kept, YouTube showed me broken page instead of license. I did not understood, that this means: YouTube has not translated the license into Estonian. Today I opened original license (in English) and saw, that it allows editing (that means derivative work). I restore the image. Taivo (talk) 20:25, 3 May 2016 (UTC)
