The image contains the logo with the two heads which reaches the threshold of originality. That topic has already been discussed here: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Deletion_requests/File:Fritz_bottles_on_white_background.jpg We should at least introduce some kind of consistency instead of deleting some pictures and keeping others.  Keep Picture taken in Germany. Kind of a pub sign and permanently installed. So FOP applies here. -- Herbert Ortner (talk) 18:34, 26 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
It's not about the picture itself, it's about the logo. If FOP really applies, we should have kept bottles, etc., too. But the discussion linked above decided that the logo is protected by copyright and therefore we need to remove it. That's what I call consistency. --2A02:A03F:A73D:B000:3D9B:AD92:3F48:C82F 22:34, 28 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
We keep what's allowed by law. FOP in Germany applies to copyrighted works that are permanently installed in public places - that pub sign is OK to keep. And btw. so are vehicles and ships on public ground (search for AIDA Kussmund-Urteil). That picture of a bottle had to be deleted because it was clearly not permanently displayed in a public place.
