Hi! The so called Standard of the President of Bulgaria does not exist outside Wikipedia as an offical symbol. Please, read The Law for the State Seal and National Flag, articles 16 and 17. The President of Bulgaria uses only the national flag of Bulgaria. This is the official residence of the President of Bulgaria, note that the national flag is placed on it (Google Street View). This standard is not an official symbol and its presence in Wikipedia creates misconceptions about Bulgarian state symbolism. It should be removed or at least renamed appropriately. Again, Commons does not dictate which illustrations other Wikimedia projects use.
