It may have been registered as a trademark in Germany in 1991, but the image is actually from Potter's 1901 publication of Peter Rabbit.
The linked trademark filing is from 1991, not 1909, so I am querying on the basis that this is a recent publishers logo, as opposed to being one used in an original work. ShakespeareFan00 (talk) 16:21, 1 October 2016 (UTC)
