There is no evidence that the company has agreed to release this photo. No confirmation has been provided to OTRS. Other uploads by same contributor with same supposed release have been changed to non-free on en Wikipedia. Shell babelfish 00:24, 24 December 2007 (UTC)

First off, its usefulness is NOT a reason to keep. There is no proof that the image was provided for PD use - no OTRS. Without that, it is an image which was apparently published by a corporation of some sort who presumably hold copyright on it, meaning it is ineligible for the commons.
