- It means "nobody's property". This is abandoned. Anybody could claim ownership. The mural could just be altered, painted over or pissed on, and it would not violate the droit moral of the creator or creators. It is public domain. /Pieter Kuiper (talk) 18:29, 25 October 2008 (UTC)
