English: The Raymond Hilliard Centre was a sociological experiment into a vision of the ideal composition of a social housing community that didn't merely consider the provision of housing. The Centre provided housing for families with children and seniors. The towers shaped like pillars were designed for elderly residents with the intention of creating a community where young and old live together so that both can benefit from exchanges and activities within the community. All residents are model citizens chosen from other housing communities. With strong social ties within the community on top of that, it has become the only social housing project that dosen't require continuous police patrols.
