This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reports@wikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergency@wikimedia.org.

Report disputes with users that require administrator assistance. Further steps are listed at resolve disputes.


Reports that do not suit the vandalism noticeboard may be reported here. Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.


Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

Reason for reporting: This editor is making repeated bad edits to File:War1947-48.jpg and File:1971surrenderpic.jpg. In the case of File:War1947-48.jpg they claim that corrections to the description of the picture have no source, even though the source is on the page. See article history

In the case of File:1971surrenderpic.jpg they delete a useful description of the photograph (which is a signed copy of File:1971 Instrument of Surrender.jpg).

Reason for reporting: Blocked on both the English and Arabic Wikipedia for previous vandalism, many warnings, he has recently resumed vandalizing images just after getting back from the block. The motive behind these disruptive edits appears to be nationalism.

Hello,

All these accusations are false : the modification is a justified correction and not vandalism and several users can testify to my good faith (I just removed the "griwech" file from the "chebakia" category because as they don't have the same name and they are different, I thought it wasn't the same pastry, it's not vandalism, it's a correction). Riad Salih made a big mistake towards me : that of not assuming good faith.

I have never been blocked on Arabic Wikipedia for vandalism, user Riad Salih is lying : I would not tolerate anyone saying that I was blocked on the Arabic Wikipedia because that is not true : I regularly participate in enriching the enclyclopedia. The only incident that occurred was a one-day blocking for responding to a user who had attempted to Arabize a North African personality of Amazigh (Berber) origin (the blockage lasted only one day, from March 19 to March 20, and I deserved it because I should have been more careful, mistakes happen to everyone, the main thing is to learn a lesson from our mistakes and to act more maturely next time, the blocking never lasted 15 days, I ask Riad Salih to stop lying). It's just not right and holy that he keeps talking about this "one day blocking" to convince admins that I'm bad and deserve to be blocked, this kind of behavior is not appropriate and passing it off as a reason to permanently blocking me is just super unwholesome.

In addition, the user Riad Salih does not stop harassing me, he spies on my every move and making false requests to delete the images I upload so that the administrators can block my account and prevent me from contributing to Wiki Commons (I was blocked for a week because of this even though the images were in the public domain). I have already reported this incident but no administrator reacted, here is my complaint.

And as you can see in my history, all requests to delete images were caused by him, even for images that have fallen into the public domain. One day he even behaved racist towards me because I am of Amazigh (Berber) origin ; he made a request to delete a Tamazgha map that I had created under the pretext that the sources were not sufficient, however, lots of users created the same map and he didn't tell them anything, so why go to any lengths to remove mine ? I felt this was racist behavior against me.


He seems to have a lot of hatred towards me, he doesn't hesitate to lie about me, and to invent things that I've never done,like when he took advantage of the fact that you don't know Arabic to make you believe that I was blocked on the Arabic Wikipedia when that is not true.


I therefore take this opportunity to tell you that this harassment that I have suffered from him has been going on for months now, I have spoken about it to several people on the platform who can testify like Panam2014, kirham and Yann.

I think that this bad behavior that he has towards me comes from the fact that I am enriching Wikipedia enormously (I completed more than 12 thousand contributions on Commons in record time).

My contributions concern pages linked to Morocco, and he doesn't seem to like it (he's Algerian) and since then, he bothers me all the time, he doesn't leave me in peace... I think that it is nationalism that pushes him to act in this way.

Can I have a guarantee to continue enriching the encyclopedia in peace without him harassing me all the time because I have always ignored him to focus on my work (I avoid responding to these provocations because he continues to harass me on my page and tell lies like the imaginary 15-day block on the Arabic Wikipedia that never happened) and because I don't want problems, I am there to contribute with maturity, respect and peace.
