This is not the flag of La Ceiba municipality in Trujillo, Venezuela. The actual flag is a horizontal bicolour with a triangle on the canton. I will shortly upload it onto Commons. Nigu GD (talk) 16:04, 27 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
