Vauxhall Light Six ASY 1933-1935
Announced for the 1933 Motor Show and available in two engine sizes, 12hp (ASY) and 14hp (ASX).

Six-cylinder 1531 c.c. with bore and stroke of 57mm. by 100mm. Taxable rating 12.08 h.p. 36bhp at 4,000 r.p.m.

12hp Vauxhall Twelve-Four I and HIX 1938-1948
Replacement for the DY in September 1938. A total redesign with longer, monocoque, six-light body based on the four-light Vauxhall Ten-Four H-type. The 1,442 c.c. four cylinder engine (Taxable rating 11.98 h.p.) had an output of 40bhp at 3800 r.p.m. The car had independent front suspension.

The HIX replaced the I in 1947 and used the same, smaller body as the HIY Ten-Four.

Successor Vauxhall Wyvern
