Suspected license laundering, copyright status also undeterminable 廣九直通車 (talk) 13:01, 20 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

As the source page has been modified or deleted, it is impossible for me now to prove the that this picture is indeed in public domain (I don't know whether we can check the cached version of that link). However, I have been a member of the Wikipedia/media community for a very long time, and such baseless accusation of me using license laundering for this picture is rude, unhelpful, and does not contribute anything to the discussion. Sorry about my expressions, but as the author is not an official of the US federal government, why did you used a federal PD template? Isn't that an act of license laundering? Anyways, I have sent an email to contact the webmaster according to the contact information given in the main Webpage.廣九直通車 (talk) 09:41, 21 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
The archive is available. And yes, I agree that {{PD-USGov}} does not apply here. --Zhuyifei1999 (talk) 03:13, 24 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Grenouille vert: Which part of "This only applies to original works of the Federal Government and not to the work of any individual U.S. state" in {{PD-USGov}} do you not understand?   — Jeff G. ツ please ping or talk to me 05:59, 28 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Today is the 7th day of the deletion request created. Do anyone thinks that the situation is controversial that more time is needed for discussion? KTT 廣九直通車 (talk) 12:02, 27 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@廣九直通車: No, Title 17, Chapter 1, Section 105 of the US Code clearly does not grant an exemption from copyright to any state, including the State of Washington.   — Jeff G. ツ please ping or talk to me 05:54, 28 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: per nomination. --Zhuyifei1999 (talk) 13:00, 28 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
