Description Un plato de 'Aeropuerto' servido en un chifa de la ciudad de Huaraz (Región Ancash, Perú). El aeropuerto consiste en la mezcla de dos platos tradicionales del chifa (comida chino-peruana) que son el 'arroz chaufa' y el 'tallarín saltado'. Obsérvese que estas dos preparaciones se mezclan completamente, cuando son servidas en forma adyacente se le conoce como 'combinado'. Junto al plato puede apreciarse una botellita de 'sillao' o salsa de soya, acompañamiento tradicional de los platos del chifa peruano.
