Description
English: Young ethnic Marma men and women dance while carrying the tomb of Sasna Mahathero, the principal of Minjhiripara Buddhist Vihara in Bandarban's Ruma, died on Jan 13, 2018. They believe the departed soul will reach the heaven in this way. The Marma ethnic group arranged his funeral three months later with colourful rituals. Bandarbans, Bangladesh.
