English: The image shows three telescope eyepieces that exemplify the most important eye piece diameters in amateur astronomy: 2 inch, 1 1/4 inch and 0.96 inch. The eyepiece in the middle is of a Koenig design. The smallest diameter is only found in older and smaller telescopes these days (2010).
