Description |
English: "Miss Victory. Hair Style à la Grenada." - French propaganda print satirizing the "big hair" and themed hairstyles of female high fashion in the late 1770s, but also proclaiming the victory of Grenada (1779) during the American Revolutionary War. She has a 3D depiction of the battle in her hair (with a version of the British Red Ensign hanging down) and is holding a 2D depiction of the "Taking of Grenada".
