Do singlové soutěže londýnského tenisového turnaje v Queen's Clubu hraného na trávě nastoupilo třicet dva hráčů. Obhájcem titulu byl španělský tenista Feliciano López, kterého ve čtvrtfinále vyřadil Nick Kyrgios. Na okruh ATP se poprvé od červnového Wimbledonu 2017 vrátil bývalý první hráč žebříčku Andy Murray, jenž absentoval pro zranění kyčle. V úvodním kole podlehl Kyrgiosovi. Vítězem se stal nejvýše nasazený Chorvat Marin Čilić, jenž ve finále zdolal bývalou srbskou světovou jedničku Novaka Djokoviće po třísetovém průběhu 5–7, 7–6 a 6–3. Srb přitom ve druhé sadě nevyužil mečbol. Chorvat snížil významně pasivní poměr vzájemných utkání na 2–14 a z Queen's Clubu si po šesti letech odvezl druhou trofej. V probíhající sezóně si Čilić, obhajující finálovou účast, připsal premiérové turnajové vítězství, které představovalo osmnáctý singlový titul na okruhu ATP Tour a zisk minimálně jedné trofeje v jedenácté sezóně bez přerušení.
