Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- peel of one lime
- 3 cans low-fat evaporated milk (15oz.)
- 1½ condensed milk (14 oz.)
- 1 tsp aromatic bitters
- ½ tsp grated nutmeg
Procedure
- Beat eggs and lime peel until light and fluffy
- Add evaporated milk
- Sweeten to taste with condensed milk
- Add bitters, grated nutmeg and rum
- Remove lime peel and serve with crushed ice
