Age of Empires (video game)

Microsoft strategy game for PCs that came out on the market in fall 2000. It was preceded by Age of Empires II, Age of Empires The Rise of Rome. It can be played as well on line in groups up to 8 players simultaneously. The most common problem, however, is encountiring internet lag and internet disconnections. World tournaments are played regularly to establish which are the best players.
