International Centre for Trauma is the training base for the Faculty of Military Surgery and Traumatology [[Turkmen State Medical University]] and the city of Ashgabat Indira Gandhi Medical College. Here organize courses of professional development, research is carried out and research, develop new enabling technologies and treatments.

== Structure ==
Hospital capacity of 180 seats. The center has several offices that are equipped with the most modern medical equipment. The center operates a specialized enterprise for the production of artificial limbs and orthopedic equipment.

The center conducted a comprehensive treatment of orthopedic injuries and diseases, as well as the rehabilitation of patients who have become disabled as a result of his injuries. Therapeutic and diagnostic facilities enables to solve the most complex problems of the restoration of bones, ligaments, muscles and joints. The center can hold a computer and magnetic resonance imaging, arthroscopy, ultrasound, electro cardiography, echocardiography, fibrogastroduodenoscopy, laboratory . Experts give the necessary advice in the areas of neurology, ophthalmology, endocrinology, gynecology, ENT, dentistry, urology. Center is equipped with facilities «Siemens», «LEICA», «KARL STORZ», «Dräger», «Otto Bock».

It also has a pharmacy patients, dining room, parking.
