Football tournament season
The 2024 Finnish Cup was the 70th season of the Finnish Cup football competition.[ 1] [ 2] The winners qualified for the 2025–26 Conference League second qualifying round .
KuPS won the cup on 21 September 2024 (their fifth Finnish Cup win), defeating Inter Turku 2–1 in the final.

The cup was played as a one legged knockout tournament. A total of 364 teams participated (the fourth largest in the history of the competition and the largest since 2006 ).[ 3] Lower league teams received home advantage until the fourth round. Teams were divided into geographical groups for the draw until 5th round.[ 4]

The draw was made on 31 January 2024.[ 5] 140 teams participate in this round. They are divided into eight baskets from ten based on geography. Tie of this round is played in baskets 1-7 & 9.[ 6]
