He earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Federal University of Technology Owerri, Imo State in (2014).[7] He completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Ahmadu Bello University in 2022.

Musbau works as the Maintenance Methods Engineer at TotalEnergies Upstream Nigeria.[6]
