Golden Gaytime or Cookie Crumble in New Zealand is an iconic ice-cream created by Streets confectionery company in Australia. This toffee and vanilla ice-cream dipped in chocolate and wrapped in honeycomb biscuits, on a wooden stick. Its amusing and peculiar name has survived intact despite the possible homosexual connotations in modern decades.[1] The company appears to play up the camp name with the boxes holding the words "4 chances to have a gay time".[2]
