Quick Reply On Sowell

I obviously just did talk about it in the Wikiquette page and there's nothing wrong even if I did "remove myself from the situation." That aside, I suggest talking about it on the Wikiquette or here. CartoonDiablo (talk) 04:18, 24 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The issue is at the Sowell page, so we can discuss it there. There's no "Wikiquette" problem, obviously, just a content dispute that needs solving. There is a Wikiquette problem because someone violating dispute resolution without going to arbitration is murky and possibly grounds for sanctions. That aside, asking to have a private discussion and being unable to wait a couple hours is a Wikiquette problem on its own. CartoonDiablo (talk) 17:04, 25 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I'll reply to this one last time. (1) Dispute resolution is binding and that includes people not party to it such as yourself. Dwainwr123 was blocked for copyright violations, not dispute resolution. If his block had any impact on the resolution decision (which it didn't) it would have been stricken out and invalidated. (2) The problem now is not on the discussion page nor my or your pages, it's either in arbitration or Wikiquette for violating the process. I feel this should also be added to Wikiquette seeing as how you are detracting from the discussion despite me repeatedly telling you the process.
