About me
|
Wikipedia used to be (and still remains somewhat) a terrible place for info regarding video games, the music of video games, and its composers, with all three being primarily the reason this account was created. I also do a number of things regarding NFL team rosters as well, such as updating jersey numbers whenever changed; and various other small things to keep everything up to date as I can (with a particular focus on the Washington Redskins).
Why do I choose to contribute to Wikipedia? I simply like providing accurate and up to date info on any subject. If you Google search any game composer who has an article on Wikipedia, chances are that their article will be one of the first links listed, if not the first. For that reason, I try to keep their articles as accurate and up to date as possible. Just compare this 2012 revision of Motoi Sakuraba's article (before I joined the site) with the current one.
Outside of those two main things, I also do general minor edits on any article that needs it, such as correcting typos and/or minor formatting fixes. Also, forgive me if I seem hostile in any reverts/edits I may do to an edit of yours, as I'm only trying to improve it with how I think it could be best. If you don't agree with something I did, leave a comment on my talk page or the article page with a ping, and hopefully we can work out a solution.
Outside of Wikipedia, I mainly enjoy gaming, watching NFL/Redskins games, watching professional Dota 2 eSports matches, and traveling.
Articles created
Article | Note |
---|---|
Tatsuyuki Maeda | Could be deleted and I wouldn't be opposed to it, as it was created before I fully understood Wikipedia policies |
Hiroshi Kawaguchi | The entire reason I joined the site was to correct misunderstandings regarding him and his former name I read in a blog post |
Naofumi Hataya | See Tatsuyuki Maeda; composer who has worked on various Sega games |
Naoki Kodaka | See Tatsuyuki Maeda, although he has had some third-party articles written on him |
Harumi Fujita | See Tatsuyuki Maeda; composer who worked on various Capcom games in the late 80s and early 90s |
Soichi Terada | Ape Escape series composer |
Persona 4: Dancing All Night | Was surprised nobody created this sooner, as it had been a few weeks after it had been originally announced |
Mahito Yokota | Was previously deleted due to lack of relible sources, but I found enough since then, so I re-created it |
Nintendo Entertainment Planning & Development | Created this on the day the division was announced |
Steven Daniels | American football player drafted by the Redskins in 2016 |
