NHL 23

I've noticed that you keep changing the NHL 23 cover, from my PC screen, it appears pixelated, If I'm not mistaken, we use the regular cover, however, when you change the picture, it appears pixelated on my screen, can you try and fix it? 45BearsFan (talk) 22:58, 13 October 2022 (UTC)

@45BearsFan: I believe that's a problem on your end as the picture is not pixelated on mine. You can try clearing your browser's cached images by going to your browser's History page, this may solve the problem. Regardless, this is roughly the same resolution that is used for all video game covers on Wikipedia in order to comply with fair use standards. Additionally, the cover you uploaded is not even remotely acceptable per Wikipedia's standards for video game cover arts; we prefer cover arts for physical copies over promotional artwork for a digital deluxe edition of a game, which is what you uploaded. If anything, the cover I uploaded is the "regular cover" and is also in line with the covers used for all NHL game articles, including NHL 17 which I wrote and turned into a Good Article. @Dharmabumstead: Thank you very much for ignoring my last message in the Bruce Springsteen talk page, where I made it clear that I withdrew my comment upon realizing it was ill-advised and crass. That is not called “sniping”, that is called a realization. If it were sniping, the two edits would not have been separated by half an hour. Not only that, but you continued the personal beef on the talk page after I specifically told you to refer it to my talk page. Your story would be so much more believable if it weren’t for the fact that you've been warned about using edits and comments to make points before. You did that on purpose. And then you used the Springsteen talk page to lecture me about giving you a taste of your own medicine, and in the process personally attacked me with a bit of name-calling. I’ve responded to you on my talk page - you withdraw your comments, and I’ll withdraw mine. I was merely pointing out to you that I think your argument lacks credibility in light of the fact that it's a tactic you've used several times before; that admin board "single incident" actually cites several edits where you used that tactic. So, not so incredible.
