The Dead game is a book by A. Bates[1][2]. It is about a girl named Linnie who wants to get revenge on people she and her friends don't like so she tell's her friends Ming and Jackson about this game called the Dead Game that Linnie sister played at a retreat once, how they played it is everyone was assigned a target and each player is was targeted too. So while you were trying to kill your target someone was trying to kill you, you had to get your target alone and then you said 'Your Dead'then you had to take there target and try to kill them too. The last one left alive was the winner. But Linnie wants to mix it up a little bit when friends and her play it. She wants to do something to A and A that would sting a little they know it when they got hit but they wouldn't know who hit them and why.It was just suppose to be a fun game .It was until someone gets killed. Who's the killer?
