Your draft article, Draft:Genaro Kỳ Lý Smith

[edit]

Hello, LeeSawyer. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Genaro Kỳ Lý Smith".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! UnitedStatesian (talk) 05:38, 3 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

November 2021

[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Ionmars10. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on List of centenarians (artists, painters and sculptors), but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Ionmars10 (talk) 03:50, 9 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Ionmars10 - I understand the strict Wikipedia rules concerning living, or in this case formerly living, persons. However the person in question has a Wikipedia entry, which had already been updated (not by me) to reflect the date of death. I am replying on my phone, bug when I get chance I can log in and copy the same citation from that page to the entry you are referring to.

Best regards,

LeeSawyer (talk) 22:21, 17 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
