Similar to previously deleted subpages from this user, inappropriate use of userspace as blog / personal webspace. No practical purpose with regard to building the encyclopedia. Deiz talk 12:07, 12 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I would like it to stay... I'm sure other people are taking similar approaches too!!! Plus, I worked hard putting this together!!! In addition, I put this up in case anyone is curious!!! It's just one of my ideas of redefining the term "encyclopedia"!!! WIKIVUE Detroit (talk) SAT APR 12 2008 10:54 PM EDT | SUN APR 13 2008 2:54 AM EDT

Wikipedia is not a "public internet", it's an encyclopedia. There are plenty of places where you can create and store personal pages about your hobbies and interests. You're fully aware of this after similar pages in your userspace were deleted. Deiz talk 03:29, 13 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Delete - There are appropriate ways places to try to redefine wikipedia. Creating a page in userspace with no encyclopedic merit is not one of them. It is possible that, if this page were to be used as a way to develop content on articles related to the programs in question, that I might change my mind. However, given the page's creator express purpose that this is part of his attempt to unilaterally change the purpose and role of wikipedia, I have to say that this is not the way to do that.
