One of the biggest problems is the issue of notability. Notability is established by verifiability, and that is established by multiple independent reliable sources which address the subject in a nontrivial way. All of your sources come from the organization website or one of its chapters. We need independent sources. As is, this article would get challenged, and as such, I cannot recommend that it be moved into the main space.
