I think you should read the two items on WP:NOTBROKEN and WP:OVERLINK as a lot of your recent edits have been going against them. We shouldn't be changing redirects without a good reason and we don't link common terms like countries etc. Canterbury Tail talk 11:03, 1 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I see, thank you for letting me know. I'll try to keep that in mind in the future, but the main points that I had in mind when I was doing those edits was to avoid potential confusions arising from those redirects, if it makes sense.
