Hughes Jarvis 1 history

Hughes Aircraft offered the Jarvis 1 design, named after astronaut Gregory B. Jarvis who died in the Challenger disaster in 1986. Its purpose was to lift satellites into orbit. Why is this fact not being included in its history?
