The first paragraph must have a mistake in it but I don't know.

"Nothing else is known about Minervina. His father served as a hostage". Either "His" is supposed to be "Her" or else this makes no sense at all. Either way I likely have questions.--JaredMithrandir (talk) 20:54, 30 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The "he" in the text was Crispus. His father Constantine served as a hostage before becoming an emperor. Dimadick (talk) 18:56, 1 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Still, the sentence
Crispus' father served as a hostage in the court of Eastern Roman Emperor Diocletian in Nicomedia, thus securing the loyalty of Caesar of the Western Roman Empire Constantius Chlorus, father of Constantine and grandfather of Crispus
is rather obscure.
Constantine served as a hostage in the court of Eastern Roman Emperor Diocletian in Nicomedia, thus securing the loyalty his father Constantine Chlorus, Caesar of the Western Roman Empire.
should have the same meaning. Richard 06:30, 15 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
