Hi there. As someone who knows nothing about astrophysics - why is Richard any more notable an astrophysician than any other astrophysician?

Your reference seem to include his leaving certificate - which isn't particularly a reliable source as it's not available for verification.

Care to enlighten me beyond what's on the article?

Thanks,Garrie 05:20, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I see that you are the "all westfields are the same" person, nice work and bad luck about being railroaded by the 'inclusionists'.
I don't know anything about Hunstead or Astrophysics. The entry in List of Old Falconians was too long, so I cut and paste for a new stub, including the leaving certificate ref, which should probably be deleted, but not my lookout - once the rockets are up...
You seem worried about whether Hunstead is notable, but the page certainly asserts his notability. - Grumpyyoungman01 06:12, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I can see why you would have removed that much text from a list article. If that's all you did then I guess you can't say much more about his standing as an astrophysisisisist.
Actually as opposed to your average McDonalds, most Westfields actually individually meet WP:CORP. But I have managed to merge a couple of stubs on the QT, where they were fully unreferenced.Garrie 06:19, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
A further point - when someone is the head of an organisation that is a red-link I wonder why the person has an article and not the organisation. But you have answered that in saying this was hived off from a list ;) Garrie 06:20, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. This is a reminder to people on the Melbourne meetup participation list that the next meetup has been arranged for 19 June. Could you indicate on the meetup page your likely attendence, or otherwise. Regards. - Cuddy Wifter 23:28, 7 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
