Unusual usages of traffic lights

Good job on the sectioning on this article. Just what was needed. I didn't have the patience to look at the previous mass of information for very long. Organising it must have been some job.

Colored pencils

Hi Andrew.

Can I just draw your attention towards the image page of Image:Colored pencils.jpg. The boilerplate notice there states that the image is from stock xchng. Some image from here are copyrighted, and although you state that abdullah released all rights to this, you might want to read the notice under the image to see what you can do. Thanks! —Vanderdecken ξφ 10:15, 10 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalwatch

  • I've noticed your efforts on vandalwatch on the article of Sandbox; You deserve a welldone, but it seems you have enough barnstars already.
  • However, may I draw your attention to the fact that nationalists seem to have hijacket this page again to blurb against Pakistan; I don't have any feelings pro or contra, but Wiki is apolitical.

Untagged image

An image you uploaded, Image:Kcvi-coat-of-arms-2.png, was tagged with the {{coatofarms}} copyright tag. This tag was deleted because it does not actually specify the copyright status of the image. The image may need a more accurate copyright tag, or it may need to be deleted. If the image portrays a seal or emblem, it should be tagged as {{seal}}. If you have any questions, ask them at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. -- 01:15, 30 December 2006 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading Image:OregonCity.png. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

Orphaned non-free image (Image:Nu mou.png)

Thanks for uploading Image:Nu mou.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 04:12, 14 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

RE:SVG version of Image:Building and ship comparison.png

Could you please upload an SVG version of Image:Building and ship comparison.png? Newer Corel Draw versions export to SVG. Andrew_pmk | Talk 07:16, 6 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Greetings, I actually uploaded it before the .png version but wikipedia refuses to render it. The wikipedia page is here direct link (that works) is here Fosnez 12:44, 9 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Since you seem to have added an additional example of a large ship to the PNG file, but not the SVG file (the Queen Mary II), I have not replaced references to the PNG file with references to the SVG file. Andrew_pmk | Talk 18:03, 9 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
It turns out that the bug that is causing this problem has been fixed in a newer version of MediaWiki's SVG rendering software, and that a simple version upgrade needs to be done by the Wikimedia developers. I have filed a bug at [2]. Once this bug is fixed, uploads of CorelDraw-created SVG files should work in Wikipedia. Andrew_pmk | Talk 19:25, 9 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Greetings, I have uploaded the latest version, with the extra ship in it. Unfortunatly it is still not displaying 100% correctly... but it is better than it was. Have a play with it if you want. - Fosnez 01:25, 10 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
It's now fixed. Andrew_pmk | Talk 04:33, 10 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks mate, did you want to put it on some pages? I did but someone removed it, admittedly it was a while ago, but I don't feel right in adding them again. - Fosnez 10:26, 10 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hey Andrew, leave us alone

i am adding text to Fcendejas's page, like he did to mine some months back. Please refrain from reverting. Thanks for your watchful eye though.

Also, you reverted his page back to stuff he already took down in December. Please be a more careful admin in the future. yours truly. diego.cayetano

"Dispute"

The episode aspect is already being discussed by a group, and the rest of it isn't a dispute. She is just stalking me by posting a message every single time someone contacts me. Neither of those belong on 3O. TTN 21:43, 11 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

No, it isn't a dispute. It is her posting her personal feelings on my talk page every single time that someone comments, even when it has nothing to do with merging. (After a month, I have the right to claim that she is stalking me.) The aspect of discussion is already going on, so nothing is going to come from it. TTN 21:51, 11 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Faye Turney

Well according to WP:BLP#Articles_about_living_people_notable_only_for_one_event, Faye Turney does not qualify as a seperae article, and article size is a weak argument if she isn't notable.I don't know if you used a Bot, but you shouldn't revert my edit so quickly based on your opinion. Rodrigue 21:56, 11 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please see the article's talk page for a more in-depth summary of my edits. The content that I removed was mostly out of line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Best, CA387 22:13, 11 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
