Canadian Youth for Choice(CYC) is a network of Canadians aged 12-29 who advocate for sexual and reproductive health rights for youth on a national level. With more than 40 members, the expanding network represents the first[citation needed] organized pro-choice youth network in Canada.

Canadian Youth for Choice envision a Canada where sexual and reproductive rights, along with non-biased and comprehensive sexual and reproductive health information and services are available freely and equally to all youth regardless of their gender, location, religion, ethnicity, mental or physical ability, sexual orientation and or socio-economic status.

Canadian Youth for Choice are committed to increasing access to information and services for youth through the creation of the Canadian Charter of Sexual and Reproductive Rights for Youth. The charter includes rights to knowledge and education, choice, safety and health care. The document is currently a draft copy that politicians, youth and others are supporting by signing a petition.Template:Mathieu, Emily.
