Plankton decides to switch gears by hiring someone who can create the dumbest slogans ever such as what he thinks is "chum is fun" (even though it says "chum is fum") or "fum is chum" – Patrick. Despite the terrible food, people keep coming because of the slogan, and Mr. Krabs loses his customers. However, when Patrick decides to quit, Plankton viciously insults both him and the customers; unfortunately, he screamed these into an intercom for all of Bikini Bottom to hear, and the citizens beat up Plankton in retaliation.
