The building features efficient floor plates of approximately 13,000 ft² (1,208 m²), a renovated main lobby and a vast array of shops and services. 2 Bloor Street West has direct underground access to the Bloor-Yonge subway station, the Bloor Street underground pedestrian walkway and is located steps away from Yorkville's shops, restaurants and hotels. It has 431,990 ft² (40,133 m²) of space and is owned by Oxford Properties.
History
The building was completed in 1972 and underwent renovations in 1986.
