Syedna Abdeali Saifuddin Bin Syedna Zakiuddin [1] (birth Date: 9th Safar 1189 H ,death: 12 Zilkad 1232 AH /1817 AD), Surat, India) was the 43 rd Da'i al-Mutlaq (Absolute Missionary) of the Dawoodi Bohra sect of Musta‘lī Islam. He succeeded, the 42nd Dai Syedna Yusuf Najmuddin, to the religious post.

Syedna Abdeali Saifuddin became Da'i al-Mutlaq in 1213AH [2] 1799AD. His period of Dawat was from 1213-1232 AH (1799-1817 AD) about 19 years, 4 months.

Educational institute 'Al-Darus-Saifee'(later renamed as Al Jamea tus Saifiyah) was built in the era by the 43rd dai for a sum of Rs. 65000 along with a Madrasah and Masjid e Moazzam. He has done extensive work in the literary field also.
