Castle Point Anime Convention (abbreviated as CPAC) is an annual two-day anime convention held on the campus of Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey, and operated by an undergraduate student organization: the Stevens Anime Club.[2] The convention is held in late March or April, and focuses on Japanese comics and animation and its fandom. Founded in 2008 with 693 attendees,[3] the event attracted 4,516 attendees in 2015.[1]
Programming
The convention includes programming commonly found at anime conventions, such as vendor hall, fan-hosted panels, rooms for video gaming and anime screenings, and cosplay-related events.[4]
