Marc Caro, born 2 April 1956, is a French filmmaker and cartoonist, best known for his co-directing projects with Jean-Pierre Jeunet.[1]

Jeunet and Caro met at a film festival in 1974,[citation needed] and wrote and directed three short films and the feature films Delicatessen[2] and The City of Lost Children.[1]

Caro's first feature film as a solo director was titled Dante 01.[3]
