This is the user page of someone who likes to call himself Stormwyrm, or 蛟龍 (こうりゅう) if you prefer. I don't think I've really got a lot to say for myself here for now, but you'll see some more anon if I feel like filling it in.
In the real world, I go by the name Rafael Sevilla, but most of my friends just call me Dido. That's Dee-Doh, not Day-doh, and it has absolutely nothing to do with this Dido or that Dido or any other (and by the way, I'm a guy, in case you didn't notice). It has to do with the name our local weather services gave to a typhoon that struck Manila on the day I was born, "Didang", someone said that it should be my nickname and it stuck all these years. That's also incidentally why I use the handle Stormwyrm, well, you people know what a Wyrm is given that 1976 was the Year of the Dragon. 蛟龍 supposedly means 'rain dragon' according to Jim Breen's EDICT, which I stumbled upon while studying Japanese, and it is, well, appropriate... I'll also occasionally be seen on IRC using the nick Bonta-kun, from one of my favorite animes Full Metal Panic!
I'm currently working for a small company that does GNU/Linux software development and system integration, mostly outsourcing work, and part of the time, I'm also a graduate computer science student at the University of the Philippines.
What am I doing at Wikipedia?
I don't know really, but probably I'll wind up writing about some or all of these things at one time or another:
Computers and computing
Mathematics (analysis, logic, and discrete math predominantly)
Physics (I'm trying but not quite succeeding in getting my head around quantum field theory)
Anime
Some of my favorite video games like Ultima and the like
