Referencing to a new red link possible new article

In the bottom of the description paragraph, it says "...Other popular awards include contacting remote islands..." However after doing some additional research there is already a link to Islands on the Air in the see also section, but additionally, there's another awards program that I think is worthy of at least a red link for now called 'U.S. Islands Awards Program'. I'm requesting a little bit of help here trying to figure out where the best placement (or addition of words to describe it) to add the red link. Suggestions? Ideas? Comments?
