Here is me taking a crack at Neutral POV:

WMW is a passionate entrepreneur, webhead, writer, blogger. He has pioneered in many industries - working in the "early days" of many new industries, including Tanning Salons, Web Design, Web Hosting, Online Marketing, Message Board Moderation, Online Community Leadership, SEO and more. WMW has been SELLING from a young age: starting at about age 8 selling street numbers painted on your curb for $1. Later, boy scout popcorn, greeting cards, business products, internet services, and real estate agent services were all sold by WMW. This experience gives him a vocabulary that may 'reek' of a commercial agenda but the reader may be sure that he is not at all interested in using wikipedia for self promotion or blatant advertising. WMW has a background in business, manufacturing, factory automation, shipping, international business, marketing, finance, brand management, packaging, advertising, sales and more. All of these experiences inform an interest and ability to participate in making articles better here at Wikipedia. WMW is weak on the encyclopedic writing style preferred here, but is very interested in learning.

Being a salesperson makes it particularly hard to join in here at wikipedia - because my language and style are misinterpreted as blatant advertising or self promotion when that is not my intent. I am educated as a business man, by profession I am trained in classical management, marketing and advertising. I am self taught as a hostmaster, webmaster, seo provider, online marketer, photographer, copy writer, gardener, fisherman, woodworker, epicurean, philosopher, and am VERY aware in realms of psychology and spirituality.

I DONT NEED TO PROMOTE MYSELF OR USE YOUR WEB SPACE AS ADVERTISING

I presently manage about 50 domains of my own, a dozen for my daytime employer, and another dozen or two for web design, web hosting, online marketing clients. I have two dedicated servers, my own nameserver, and am very good at SEO with Google Page One Placements of dozens of web sites. I don't say this 'advertise' or brag, but merely to substantiate that I am not looking for free web space here and don't need it.

RISE AND FALL - OR HOW TO MOVE FROM BEING SUCCESSFUL TO BEING REAL:

As a young man I was extremely successful in business and in family life. But I suppose I wasn't very "real" until I was burned financially as dotcom turned to dotbomb. I "failed forward" into Real Estate Sales, where I used most of the tech skills listed above. After only 5 years I was on the top 5% of agents in my city, (a feat almost unheard of in the real estate business). But I had also learned how expensive it was to be a Realtor. In the economic downturn of 2007 I realized my 5 year plan was being changed to a 10 year plan by forces beyond my control. Since there were mortgages, kids in college, and the need to build retirement accounts now instead of later.... I decided to make a change. When the leading local cable company wanted to launch a real estate channel and web site, I decided to focus on the part of real estate I liked the most. That would be multi-media and online marketing.

WHAT I DO NOW - NOTABLE BUT NOT WORTHY

I am working at creating a video revolution in Real Estate Marketing. I automate the production of television, making it affordable to market sectors that could not possibly have afforded it in the past. I am also working in Platform Convergence - meaning the market created when Television and Internet services converge into one blended space where the lines are blurry and nobody cares as long as it is cheap and works well. My work in Television and new media, including mobile video has accomplished several notable worldwide 'firsts' which I think deserve to be recorded as such. They would be, and should be found here, according to the spirit and principle of Wikipedia, as to the recording of notable events in the history of human endeavor and industy. This desire is not for personal fame, but to record useful benchmarks that might otherwise inform like minded people who are working on similar things. We all stand on the shoulders of Giants, and need each other in order to advance human knowledge faster than when working alone or in a vacuum of information. But first, before I could publish on these accomplishments, Wikipedia editors would need look past the potential CoI. This might seem possible, since wikipedia's own rules state that CoI is NOT automatic grounds for immediate deletion - but most editors are so sensitive to this topic that they are in the business of hunting flies with elephant guns... So I defer.

AGES AND STAGES I am at the midlife time of introspection and spiritual growth that many western males go through. I am a Son, Brother, Friend, Husband, Father, Grandfather. I do my best to guide adult children in the ways of a world changing so fast I hardly recognize it some days. I care for failing parents.
