Bad rationale, this is clear cut replacable fair use, and "to show the stadium's name" is not what this is being used for. ViperSnake151 01:55, 8 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Keep. Yes, the rationale as written is bad. But an acceptable rationale can clearly be drawn up for the image's use in the Citi Field article - for a notable building under construction, the architect's model will clearly improve the reader's understanding, is irreplacable, etc, etc. BUT, all that stands only until construction has progressed to the point where a free image could be snapped that gives an idea of the stadium's final appearance. At that point, this image will violate NFCC#1 and will need to be deleted, even if a free image hasn't been uploaded yet. None of this applies to the image's use in the New York Mets article, where it can't be justified. --Ipoellet (talk) 20:35, 8 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This image was apparently received by the uploader from the copyright holder to release into the public domain. However, despite my request, they have not forwarded the email to the OTRS team, and this image is now not used- the article was deleted. As such, this image is useless and a potential copyvio, as we lack evidence that it has been released. J Milburn (talk) 15:25, 8 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

- Only b/c it's orphaned? What about the article Samir Farid, on which it would be ideal. Are you assuming it's also a copyvio? Keep. The uploader had a problem using the {{information}} template. Fixing that displayed additional information, including more info demonstrating that it's not just a personal photo, and indicating the source (self-made).
