Distribution of CX3CR1 mRNA expressing cells in spinal cord of EAE rats. In situ hybridization with a radiolabeled antisense cRNA probe encoding rat CX3CR1 to coronal sections from the lumbar segment of spinal cord of rats with MOG-EAE. Cells expressing CX3CR1 mRNA are visualized by darkfield illumination of the photoemulsion-dipped slides.
