Confocal imaging demonstrated improved homogeneous distribution of Doxil (yellow = nuclear doxorubicin) throughout irradiated MCF7GFP-IBD xenograft tumors, using both (A) frozen sections (blue = DAPI) and (B) intravital imaging (red = AngioSense), compared to the perivascular distribution seen in controls.
