(B) Proliferation ability test of HepG2 (left panel) and Huh7 (right panel) cells exposed to various concentrations of the 3A5C7 mAb (*P < 0.05; **P < 0.01; ***P < 0.001). (C) Flow cytometric assays determined the percentage of cells in different phases of the cell cycle (*P < 0.05; **P < 0.01). All experiments were done in triplicate.
