Ruth Cadbury re-selected as Labour candidate for B&I
Ruth Cadbury has been re-selected by local Labour members, unions, and socialist societies to run for MP in Brentford and Isleworth at the next general election.
Ruth Cadbury has served as MP for Brentford and Isleworth since 2015. During that time, she has served as shadow minister for housing and shadow minister for planning, as well as currently holding the title shadow trade minister.
‘‘I look forward to continuing to stand up for our constituency, and doing our bit to deliver a Labour government at the next general election.”
She also took to Twitter to add: ‘‘Unanimous! Thank you to all members in B&I LP branches and all affiliates that agreed to reselect me to stand as @UKLabour candidate in the next general election.”
